Having answered RSPG questionnaire and attended the stakeholders’ workshop, the Wider Spectrum Group appreciates the RSPG working group’s method and efforts. We welcome the opportunity to comment on the Draft Report gathering the findings and the views of administrations. We have three proposals for short added text.

1. Comment on the social, economic and cultural impact of the band 470-694 MHz in Europe
2. Social partners are also interested parties
3. Democracy and Employment are important dimensions to be highlighted in the Report
