Following the initiative launched in May 2020, Pearle* continues to revise the Map of Europe presenting updates on the re-opening of venues for live cultural events. The map is continuously updated according to the information received.
Based on the information provided by Pearle* members, the map shows the different situations from country to country, with most countries allowing performances, under certain conditions.
Over the past two years, the live performance sector has proven its ability to manage the risks involved in rehearsals and performances. It has also demonstrated its expertise in dealing with audiences. Meanwhile, various scientific studies prove that it is perfectly feasible to reopen venues and hold open-air events in safe conditions for both workers and audiences.
