This final report summarises findings from an EU co-funded project on “Strengthening Capacities in the Live Performance Sector”, implemented by the European Social Partners in the Live Performance sector, namely Pearle*-Live Performance Europe on the employers’ side, and the Media, Entertainment & Arts sector of UNI Europa (EURO-MEI), the International Federation of Actors (FIA), and the International Federation of Musicians (FIM) on the workers’ side. At the beginning of the project a survey has been carried out among all European members of Pearle*, FIM, FIA and EURO-MEI. Its main goal was to map the collective agreements and social partners’ initiatives that are gathered in the database presented in the annex of this report. The survey also helped to identify topics for trainings activities designated for social partners and further research.
