At the initiative of Pearle* - Live Performance Europe, the European federation of music and performing arts organisations - orchestras from all over Europe and beyond - such as the Wiener Symphoniker, the Opera de Paris and the orchestra of the Scala in Milan – mobilise and sign this open letter[1].
